Returns Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

·       Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.


·       Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

·       When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.


·       If an item has a brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

·       Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.


·       Lingerie and swimwear items are considered outside the policy return and can’t be subjected to any return for a better customers hygiene security.

·       Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.


Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Returns Process

Returns Pick Up We are offering a fix returns collection service for all European orders with our preferred carrier for a fix cost of € 7,90 to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy. In regards to all the orders placed outside Europe, the costs will be calculated based on weight and location.

Your returned item must arrive at the Fashioma no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives within 14 days.

To book a returns pick-up: Go to 'My Account' in your Fashioma account and select your order by clicking ‘Details’ then select the product you want to return and click a ‘Return Request’. Complete the form and Confirm your pick up. 

What happens next? Await email instruction and documents. Prepare your package with the documents enclosed in the email and wait our carrier for the pick up.

Place the item(s) with all the original packaging.

Attach the Return Label (shipping waybill) and a signed Return Note to the outside of your box and hand the courier the spare copies of both documents.

Once we receive the item we will raise a cost refund of the product (excluded eventually any shipment cost) to the same payment method used, deducted by the fix return shipment cost of € 7,90 (for all European orders).
